I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is superb, right in the heart of Temple Bar with everything we wanted to do just steps away. The rooms were clean, and the staff, particularly the manager, went above and beyond to assist, although some improvement is needed in the overall service experience. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities were decent.
